I had an appointment at 10am got there and some poor lady had to have her car pushed there. Two service agents were talking to her for about 10mins. I think she only knew how to speak spanish, anyway when they had her situated they came to me and were very helpful, courteous, and professional. The service advisor Augustin setup a text message so I could communicate directly with him about the repairs to my vehicle and I really liked that
