First I call to confirm my car was ready I was lied too I still had to wait when I got there. 5 to 10 minutes it’s okay but almost a whole hour not okay. While waiting in your lobby your tables were not fixed correctly making not having enough space to walk so my daughter hurt herself on the corner of your table and knock down her juice it fell someone gave me paper and I clean it. Was told not to worry about someone would come with a Mop no one ever came with mop. While I was cleaning on my knees someone else came I think might be the cleaning person not sure if she was trying to be funny or what she ask if i was helping her. I told her yes my daughter drop her juice. She assumed with sarcasm like if she saw what had happen that my daughter must have lean on the table that was not fixed properly. I answered her and had to explain to her what had happen. To all of this no one came to check on my daughter to see if she was okay. So as I paid the ridiculous amount that I was charge I left and no one ever showed up to check on us or even clean the floor with Mop. Will I come back here I do not know. I hope I don’t have too and if I do hopefully I don’t have a horrible but hey again there’s other Chevy dealers right
When I first walked in the ladies at the front counter by the door, never said hi or asked if I needed any help. I walked around for 15 mins before anyone came up to me. Other than that once I got a sales person to help it was great. I got the truck I wanted and they gave me a great price.
My car was in your shop for over a month. The first 3 wks someone named Carlos was supposed to be helping me. He apparently quit but left my car just sitting there. And lied on his notes about me not approving the work. No one contacted me about that. Not until I spoke to Joey, was I actually helped. He took care of getting my car fixed and making sure the warranty covered it. So the end part of it was good. But the 1st 3wks was unacceptable. Horrible customer service!
Ok where do I start it was a terrible experience Joey my advisor was rude and awful he didn’t explain anything when I ask him questions he was quick to push me to the side to get back to look at videos on his phone i took my car for service of engine oil light and two tires which the tire that didn’t need any service was was fix or replace but the good tire was I ask him why would he change a tire that was perfect his response was that your not paying for it it’s under warranty I was beyond upset he has no customer service skills and need to be retrain or Remove completely from this line of work I was also rush and felt insulted by Rudy Gonzalez
My experience pertains to the service department. I've had my car for one year now and this is the first bad experience I've had. I dropped my car off at 7am and did not receive any updates until 5pm. I had to call and text several times and still didn't receive a timely response.
