I had an appointment for 7:15am and I got there at 6:45 and there was a line of cars all the way outside the gate. It took about an hour to get to the front of the line, then another hour for my car to be serviced, which was very expensive in my opinion.
After dealing with several different dealerships, I would have to say that Felix was by far the best. They always gave me straight answers to my questions and were great to deal with from start to finish!
I visited Felix Chevrolet July 14, 2021 in search of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette (which I confirmed the availability the day before). Once there, I was greeted by one of the BEST sales teams that I have ever worked with at a car dealership. Eugui (Edward) Ramos, and Janet Lopez were 2 professionals that helped make my decision to buy the car of my dreams. They did not pressure me, rather they both provided honest feedback regarding any questions I had. Having had rather "bad" experience throughout my car purchasing life; these folks are personable and very professional in providing me the process for buying, and financing the car. Augie, the finance manager, further helped me conclude the process with a smile on my face. I picked up the car the next day; fully details with a big red bow on the top. My wife was with me during the latter visit and was in awe of how friendly all Felix's employees were; as well as, the beautiful Rapid Blue, Z51 Package, Corvette convertible. Therefore, I would highly recommend the 100 year old dealership to all my friends and family.
Wel let me tell you this i have to wait for more then 3hr for a maintenance my truck was park out side for more then 45min and nobody text me or call me that my truck was ready and thats really disappointing
