I was happy with the outcome. However, I thought that the Service Dept and the Parts Dept could have done a better job coordinating on a simple assignment, which was to order and customize a new, electronic key for my Chevy Volt. When I picked up my customized key from the Service Dept, they said I had not paid for the original key which I had the Parts Dept order. I paid for the key twice, and then had the Parts Dept reimburse me for the double payment.

I only use this dealership because it���s close to where I work. So it is solely because of convenience but by far Felix is not my first choice. I take pride in keeping my vehicle in a good operating and clean condition. When I took my vehicle to the dealership to be repaired it was clean. When I picked it up, it was filthy on the outside and dusty on the inside. Felix had my car for like 5-6 day. I���m not sure if my vehicle is stored out or in doors, but clearly the windows were down with all of the dust and debris all over the dashboard, jump seat center console, door handles and controls as well as the back window seal. This is poor customer service. The average customer is paying big money to have this dealership repair there vehicle and something receiving your vehicle back clean and make a world of difference. Or In my case just receiving it back the way I gave it to you...
I brought my Chevy Bolt in for GM recall to replace manual service disconnect fuse. Jeremy was very helpful every step of the way . The part was order. I came back a week later and had the work done.In and out.
