Jeremy is the worst service advisor ,he doesn't contact customer or answer the phone when called him. I don't know if he uses racial profiling but his partner mention something about like "oh maybe he didn't call you because he doesn't speak Spanish " how he does know if I don't speak English he cant judge because im Hispanic.
Johnathan, MY service rep was and always has been awesome!. He has become part of my extended service family. He understands me and relates to me very well. He treats me very professionally and answers my questions directly. He gets me in and out very quickly -- both when I drop off the car and when I pick it up. I really appreciate this service. It is good to see a service rep that has longevity at Felix. You keep Johnathan and you keep me as a customer. Capiche? Suggestion: Next time, keep my car part out of the dirt and the dust from your construction next door. I dislike picking up a car after service and it is much dirtier than when I brought it in and is coated with a thin layer of dirt dust. Makes my car look less attractive. You should have us pick up the car over by the used car lot or in the small street in between.
My most recent trip to the dealership for an oil change was very disappointing. I arrived approximately 8:45am there was only one car ahead of me. I was told I was going to be helped in a few minutes. As time went by I saw the employees were joking around and having few laughs. This told few things, one, they were not to busy if they had enough time to joke around and two, they did not care about the customers time. It was a little bit past 9:30 when I was finally helped. Needless to say, I wasn't a happy customer. How ever, when my vehicle was finally taken in, the oil change was done in good timing
