Sales guy Mr Brandon Helped me look into a 2020 trail boss... and well what can i say this guy helped me so much and gave me a great deal i couldnt pass the offer.. thanks to him i left the dealer in a brand new trail boss! Best customer service.
I had to tell your mechanics to double check my tire because there was a leak. And they told me there wasn���t. So by the third time they checked my tire they finally found the nail in it. I had to go back 3 times for this issue and I just got the truck Dec 2019. Not a good way to start.

I am not happy with the service, first they told me that they would call me to give me the diagnosis and they never called me, I tried to communicate with him by taking many calls after 3 days. for me that is not professional, because if they tell you that they will call you they have to do it
I took my car for 15000 miles service and some my tire pressure sensor does not work. I called and they told me to make an appointment to bring it back. Never had any problems with service before. Also, my appointment was at 9:45 am and I left at close to 1:30.
They took me two months to give me the car and they didn't offer me a rental car, I lost money because I stopped working some days of the week, I'm really disappointed because they sold me a defective car that broke down from the transmission 5 months after Buy it, now I am very worried about its failure again and that it jeopardizes my safety and that of my family because they already had to work on the transmission, I no longer really trust this dealership or their cars they sell and I am seriously thinking in changing my car for another reliable brand.
