I went to make oil change and to check a tire that was getting flat every couple hours. I told service to please check the tire and they said everything was okay, after leaving the dealership 30 minutes in a drive my tire was exploded and had to get new set of front wheels. I should make you guys pay for letting this type of things happen.
Every since Felipe left the service department it has become trash. There's no point in making an appointment because you'll get told it's first come first serve. Even with an appointment it took 4 hours to get an oil change. They asked if I wanted to pay by card or cash, then when I pulled out my cash I was told I needed to have the exact amount due because they weren't giving out change. I am essential worker. I spent the better part of my only off day in 2 weeks at the dealership for something that takes 30 minutes or less. I asked for a manager and was told someone would contact me. That never happened.
Workers there are really friendly. Everything was smooth and fast. The technician who worked on our car was awesome and put everything back where it was in back of our suv Where he performed work. I will definitely come back and maybe soon experience buying a Silverado or suburban here. 5 Stars!
We are going thru a crisis but still need to take care of our cars and it's very inconvenient that we cant even get a ride back home when dropping our car off to get and oil change that actually went up alot 90 dollars for an oil change wow.
Although I received an text message from mi service writer telling me that I can always reach him there, I never received a response to my texts. It was also challenging reaching anyone by phone. I had an appointment for 7am and work on my vehicle did not start util 2pm. The next day I called the dealership back after 12pm since I had not heard back to ask if my vehicle was ready and I was told that it was. I did not receive a call letting me know this.
